Scrapbook 23/01/12


Totally been going back to basics lately. I've been watching a lot of videos on the 'Reilly' method of anatomy drawing. It's something I've used before but never really taken the time to learn. It's uber-relaxing to sit and practise for hours as well, and I'm getting some real sense of improvement :) 

I'd totally recommend practising these shapes, regardless of your skill level or discipline. You can find a rough guide (taken from the imaginefx anatomy issue) here:



Here's some mindless brain spew as well. Whenever I feel stressed from looking for CG work, doing CG work, worrying about CG work, nothing is more relaxing than picking up a pencil/wacom and spilling your mind onto the paper...
